While we are all time-starved, it still pays to spend just a little time to build a relationship with people we are looking to work with.
Over a 3 week period, there has been no deeper interaction to inform, educate, or even entertain me.
The skills and expertise of the team seeking to boost my LinkedIn results are hidden from my view. No doubt, they are buried within an impenetrable algorithm only they understand.
