If there’s something friendly and approachable in the words we use, in our mannerisms, or our body language, then people are going to respond positively to them.
It’s just as relevant when communicating our ideas through the written word here, on other social media platforms, through blogs, or email newsletters.
People are generally not going to be put off if a single message doesn’t resonate.
Our communication with them will be long term. We’ll have many opportunities to get to know people and understand what makes them tick.
Relationships are built the best when the approach is well judged, when it is well timed and when the message is crystal clear.
